FAQ

Every piece is signed by you. Add your initials, two or three letters, and they are printed in the center of the design’s numbered stamp. Or open Personalize and write your own words: replace the design’s text or add a line of your own, choose the lettering, curve and spacing, then move and resize each part. With your own words, initials are optional. You can print on the front, the back or both at the same price, and you see every change in a live preview before you add it to your bag.

Write to hello@bigcityink.com as soon as possible with your order number. Production usually starts within an hour of your order. After that, changes may no longer be possible. Shipping explains the details.

You pay in US dollars in the United States and in euros in Germany. Prices in Germany include VAT. In the US, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

You pay through Shopify’s checkout, which shows the payment methods available in your country.

• T-shirt, sold everywhere: garment-dyed cotton by Comfort Colors, 100% ring-spun cotton. Colors: Ivory, White, Black.
• Hoodie and crewneck, United States: garment-dyed cotton fleece by Comfort Colors, 100% ring-spun cotton. Colors: Ivory, White, Black.
• Hoodie and crewneck, Europe and other countries: cotton-face fleece by Lane Seven, 80% cotton, 20% recycled polyester. Colors: Sandshell, White, Black.

Your country decides which garments you see.

Sizes S to 2XL. The fit is relaxed. The Size guide has every chart in inches and centimeters. Lay a garment you like flat and compare it with the chart.

Each design is printed in charcoal and one accent color as a halftone that lets the fabric show through, so the print stays soft. It is printed onto the garment after you order. Colors and placement may vary slightly from the preview.

Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach or iron the print. Follow the garment care label. More in Care.

To the United States, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. You can browse from anywhere. We plan to add more countries, including the rest of the European Union.

Every piece is made to order. Production and delivery together usually take 6–11 business days in the US, 5–11 in Germany and 10–27 in Australia and New Zealand. November and December take longer.

Standard shipping is $6. Orders of $95 or more ship free. Prices in Germany include VAT, and there are no duties on delivery in the US or Germany. In Australia and New Zealand, import duties and taxes, if any, are paid on delivery.

We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Items in one order can ship separately.

We make each piece for one order, so we don’t accept returns for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. See Returns.

Email hello@bigcityink.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the problem and the garment label. Please contact us before sending anything back. We replace the item with a new one or refund you.

Check the tracking link first, then ask neighbors or building staff. If it is still missing, email us with your order number within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date and we will trace it with the carrier.
